Verbal Fluency Test

60 second naming screen, several categories and languages

Who is being tested?

Changes noticed in everyday life (optional)

The score means more when it is read together with real, persistent changes. Tick anything the person or their family has noticed.

Which test?

The question the person will see (you can also read it aloud)

How to run it

  1. The person names out loud as many different answers as they can in 60 seconds. They should not write anything down and should not know the category beforehand.
  2. Press "Start the test". A plain screen appears with only the question and a start button, in the person's language. Give them the seat; the 60 seconds begin when they press it. You can read the question aloud too.
  3. Voice capture listens in the chosen language and logs each answer with its time. You can also type or dictate answers into the box as a backup. Only one person should speak.
  4. After the minute, review the list, fix anything the microphone misheard, then see the analysis.

Microphone check

Press the button, then speak: the bar should move.

Next, a screen with only the question and a start button appears. Give the seat to the person being tested; the 60 seconds begin when they press it.
